I spy with my eye
Calm split in half, Doom in my hands
Trembles horrendously, nerves pinch the hairs
Burrows deep in mud, drown endless cares
Spring will surely dawn, devours the crust of cold
Till my waste of space, Fill my mind with haste
Troubles of mankind, Planet turns again
Slapped on the shore, vessel that you ignore
Calm come over me, final catastrophe
Cycle infinite strife, Drained th’ very raindrop of my eye
Chupacabra, elemental, cleopatra, on their way
Borrowed sanity by the ounce on rental time
Nights bleed to days to nights, whatever day it is
Have no clue no recollection, mind throbs all the same
If time could tell a lie, etched in eternity
Hollowed out of hollow men, perhaps just the fog
Did the rain pass today dry as dry can be
Dust fills the eyes cuts the lens and I spy
